We offer full support for installation, technical support and updates. What we can do:

Installation and upgrade services
We offer installation and initial configuration. Each implementation is carried out individually, because the subsidiary is established between the factors buyers and sellers.
We also offer the possibility of modifying the system with these features in the system which normally does not have CRM Helpdesk.
Basic installation does not include modifications to the appearance and configuration of the server on which the application will work.
Installing on an external server and configure the Helpdesk CRM start from 250 EUR.

Support options
What we do
- We offer a 6 month technical support and product updates to the product on the same database.
- Provide technical assistance by telephone, by e-mail and via our Helpdesk CRM system.
What we do not
- CRM Helpdesk must have at least the minimum system requirements, and below we do not maintain their support.
- In the case of modifications to the source code, we can not guarantee the stability of work Helpdesk CRM.
- Normally we do not maintain the support for a computer. Unless the parties agree otherwise.
