What we do
- We offer a 6 month technical support and product updates to the product on the same database.
- Provide technical assistance by telephone, by e-mail and via our Helpdesk CRM system.
What we do not
- CRM Helpdesk must have at least the minimum system requirements, and below we do not maintain their support.
- In the case of modifications to the source code, we can not guarantee the stability of work Helpdesk CRM.
- Normally we do not maintain the support for a computer. Unless the parties agree otherwise.
